Practice:
- Swimmers should arrive 10 minutes before practice and be ready to swim.
- Parents are NOT permitted on the deck during practice. This includes the bleachers and blue benches surrounding the pool. Please feel free to sit in the pavilion, at the picnic tables, or on the grass.
- Please discuss any issues with coaches prior to or following practice times. Please DO NOT address issues during practice.
- Please let coaches know of any vacations, in which your swimmer will miss a meet, at least one week prior to the meet.
- If a practice is postponed or cancelled because of weather related events, an email and text be sent.
- Bullying WILL NOT be tolerated at any time for both parents and swimmers. We are a team and the expectation is that we will treat each other as so. If the coaches are made aware of bullying situations, those involved will be spoken to and consequences will occur up to and including removal from meets or the team with no refunds.
- We expect good sportsmanship. We win as a team and we lose as a team. We expect that each one of our swimmers will always treat our teammates and those swimmers we swim against as equals. It is expected that every swimmer will be treated in an appropriate and uplifting way at all times.
.
- If your child cannot attend a meet, then please notify a coach AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

- Swimmers CANNOT leave a meet early without a coach's permission. It is important that we support each other as a team for the entire meet.
